Our catalog is photographed in actual size, unless noted.  **Slight distortions nonetheless, may possibly exist.**  We have constructed our catalog so that it may be used as an effective instrument for our customers to easily implement their creations.  We have tried to make our catalog basic and brief.

PRICES:                 All prices are subject to change without notice.  Updated price guides will be delivered to you periodically.

ONLINE ORDERING:  Please use on line ordering and payment.  If you would prefer you can call with your payment information.

ORDERING INFORMATION:  You can use our online shopping cart or send us an order via paper or phone.   If use are using paper please print name, mailing address, shipping address (if different), telephone number, page number, item number, description, and quantity.  Orders can be sent to us by fax, mail, email and telephone between 9am-5pm EST M-F.

TERMS:  Orders can be paid by check, money orders, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.  From outside of USA; U.S. bank draft, postal money order in U.S. dollars, or above credit cards.

SHIPPING:  United States Postal Services and United Parcel Services.  Insurance will be added to orders over $100.  We will ship the most economical way unless you specify shipping method.  Minimum shipping fee $5.00. International shipping available at additional cost.  We cannot ship UPS to a Post Office Box.

DAMAGE:      We try to pack items carefully.  Please let us know within 10 days of arrival if damage or an error has occurred.

BACKORDERS/SUBSTITUTIONS:  Please let us know if you'd like items put on backorder if we are out of stock.

MERCHANDISE:  All items available on limited basis.  We try to keep items stocked, nevertheless because of limited quantities, items can be discontinued without notice.
